​By booking a service with Lumine Concierge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe, professional, and premium experience for every client.

1. Mobile Service Requirements (If Applicable)
For clients booking our luxury mobile concierge services where we bring the studio to you:

• ​Environment: Clients must provide a clean, indoor, and temperature-controlled space for the duration of the service.

• ​Prep & Aftercare: Clients agree to follow the specific preparation and aftercare protocols outlined in the Lumine Glow Guides. Failure to follow these steps may impact the quality and longevity of your results.

​2. Teeth Whitening Services
Lumine Concierge provides premium, self-administered teeth whitening kits and professional-grade LED equipment.

• ​Self-Administration: You acknowledge that you are performing the whitening treatment on yourself using the provided materials.

• ​Eligibility: By booking, you certify that you have healthy teeth and gums, are not pregnant or lactating, and do not have known allergies to peroxide or glycerin.

​3. Cancellations & Appointments
We value your time and ask that you value ours.

• Arrival: Please be ready at your scheduled time for mobile sessions, or arrive promptly at the studio for your in-studio appointment.

• ​Cancellations: While we do not currently charge a cancellation fee, we request a mandatory 24-hour notice for any modifications or cancellations. This courtesy allows us to adjust our travel logistics for mobile sessions across the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas and open up time slots for our studio clients.

​4. Right to Refuse Service
Lumine Concierge reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a client presents health or skin contraindications that may make the service unsafe, or if the service environment is deemed unsuitable.

​5. Limitation of Liability
By booking, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cosmetic tanning and teeth whitening (such as temporary skin or gum sensitivity) and agree that Lumine Concierge is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow prep/aftercare instructions.
